2ClO2 (aq) + 2OH- (aq) ----> ClO3 - (aq) + ClO2 (aq) + H2O

same as time goes on?
b. Will the rate of the reaction increase, decrease, or stay the
same as time goes on?

of ClO2 but the same concentration of OH- . She notices a change in
the reaction rate. Is the reaction faster or slower this time?
