[numbers change] In the drawing below a wire is looped as shown -- note that the wire crosses over top of itself with out contacting itself. The resistance of the wire is 2.6 ohms and the large loop has a side length of 9 cm, while the smaller loop is half that size. We assume that the magnetic field starts at a strength of B = 0.5 T and increases at a rate of 0.31 T/s. If we define current going clockwise around the top loop as positive, and counter clockwise as negative, what is the current in the wire in milli-amps? Give your answer to 3 significant digits.
