Two strings are wound around a stepped pulley on the inner
pulley. They exert tensions T1 on the top (9.0N) and T2 on the
bottom (5.0N) both in the same direction to the left. The inner
pulley has a radius of r1=0.04 and the outer pulley has a radius of
0.06m. The pulley's total moment of inertia is 5x10^-4 kg m^2. What
is the angular acceleration of the pulley and in which direction
will it rotate CW or CCW?
