The mixture flashes into two phases inside the drum where the pressure and temperature are maintained at 152.83 kPa and 370 K. i. Determine the new flash pressure required if you want to lower the liquid to feed ratio to 0.25. (6 marks) ii. Calculate the corresponding composition of the liquid and vapor phases after pressure adjustment (9 marks)
