In preparation for staking out the project using kinematic survey (see Chapter 15), the surveyor reoccupies each station with a receiver. The resulting GNSS-derived coordinates are transformed into a two-dimensional map projec- tion coordinate system with the common station coordinate values in both sys- tems listed in Table 19.2. Determine the rotation and scule between the arbitrary and worldwide reference frames.
