The published figure for the median systolic blood pressure of
middle-aged men is 128. To determine if there has been any change
in this value, a random sample of 100 men has been selected. Test
the hypothesis that the median is equal to 128, we find the
following 3 scenarios.

(b) 70 men have readings above 128.
(c) 80 men have readings above 128.
