Explain in detail all your answers Problem 2 (35): Dr. * is working with a small generator. It presents a "n" number of radial aluminum fins (k-239 W/m°C) fitted to its shell (see figure). The heat sink dissipates 1.0 kW by convection to the surrounding air which is at 25°C. Every fin has the following dimensions: 14 cm long, 3.5 cm high and 0.6 cm thick. The tip of every fin may be assumed to has only convection and a heat transfer coefficient of h=20 W/m2C affects all fins. Calculate the number of fins needed to ensure the base temperature does not surpass 140°C and the temperature at middle of fin. Equations: P=2(w + t) A-wt a t-0.6 cm w-3.5 cm L-14 cm
