what COP could be achieved by the GSHP system. By making assumptions concerning condensing and evaporator, ground source water temperatures for a GSHP in heating mode, use a PH chart to calculate the GSHP COP that can be achieved.
Assumptions:
For grid electricity.
Equivalent CO2 emission 0.44548 kgCO₂/kWh,
Electricity Cost = 10.5 p/ kWh;
For gas:
- Equivalent CO₂ emission 0.18404 kgCO₂/kWh
Gas cost = 3.5 p/kWh.
Condensing boiler efficiency is 85%.
Question-3 needs R134a PH chart
