The no-load voltage of a Y-connected synchronous generator is
3646V. When the generator delivers the rated load of 432kW at 0.8pf
lagging, the terminal voltage is 3117.69V. If the armature winding
resistance is 0.2 ohm/phase, determine the synchronous reactance of
the generator and the power angle. When the load is changed to 80
+ j60 ohm per phase, determine the terminal line to line
voltage.
