For the (7,4) Hamming block code, Use generating equations to
generate codeword (Ct) for data word D=[d1 d2 d3 D4]=[1000] Also
use decoding equations to generate Syndrome detect for errors, and
find data word when received a word is: Cr=[pl p2 dl p3 d2 d3
d4 ]= [1011000]
