For the (7,4) Hamming block code, Use generating G matrix
to generate codeword (Ct) for data word D= [dl d2 d3
04]=[ 1000] Also use decoding H matrix to generate syndrome,
detect for errors and find data word when received code word is:
Cr=[pl p2 dl p3 d2 d3 d4] = [1011000].
