Question 1: Why can we not measure VA directly with the oscilloscope in the circuit? What changes can be made in the circuit so that VR can be measured with oscilloscope? (Hint: think about the scope and function generator grounds) Question 2: Most DMM's do not have a capacitance meter. Can you devise a method for determining the actual capacitance of a capacitor using the lab equipment we have? (Hint: think about what we were able to measure with this lab, and what additional steps can be done.)
