Can you please assist me with the following question:
Design an IIR digital high-pass filter (not Butterworth) that
operates above 200 kHz with a passband frequency lower than 85 kHz,
a passband ripple less than 0.3 dB, a minimum stopband attenuation
not less than 40 dB and a stopband cutoff frequency higher than 45
kHz by making use of the bilinear transform. Using these
