Topic 1) "Ongoing
assessment" - The title of this week is "Ongoing
assessment". You are the CISO for your organization. You
convinced your CEO and Board of Directors to provide you the
substantial amount of money your team requested to harden the
computer and network security posture of your
organization. Now that your team has implemented the
technologies they felt were necessary to keep the organization
secure what are you and your team going to do to maintain this
"more secure" posture?

hardening" - Your Cybersecurity team just
took the same IS250 course you are just about done
completing. What are some of the things they should look
at in terms of hardening the computer and network security
posture of your organization?
Topic 3) External vs. Internal
auditing - What do you feel are the positives
and negatives of performing a computer and network
security audit using External auditors versus Internal
auditors. If you were interested in conducting a computer and
network security audit of your organization would you use internal
or external auditors? Please explain your reasoning.
