the user enters the grade followed by 'enter' key then enter
another grade ...repeats
fail: grade <50
fair: 50<grade<60
good: 60<grade<75
very good: 75<grade<90
excellent: 90<grade<100
when the user hits 'next" the screen should be cleared and the
average should be printed
