Create pay grades (Pay Grade A, B and so on) by combining some
of the jobs that are substantially comparable for pay purposes.
Clearly label your pay grades and explain why you combined any jobs
to form a grade. Hint: Remember, jobs in one pay grade may have
comparable job evaluation points (i.e. ratings on the compensable
factors) and be of similar value to the firm. Use this strategy to
list the jobs in various pay grades. The end result of this task
