Hi, I'd like a detailed(long) summary/ answer for this as I'm
very confused. Answer all of the following questions (each worth 25
% of marks). (i) Describe the role that Ras plays in the MAPK
signalling pathway? (ii) How does IkB control the inflammatory
response driven by NF-kB? (iii) What role does Smac/DIABLO play in
apoptosis? (iv) What role does VEGF play in angiogenesis and why do
some tumours with high VEGF expression sometimes lack a blood
supply?
