a. Mitotic Cdk-cyclin is injected into cells that have just left
S-phase. You observe that the chromosomes condense and the nuclear
envelope breaks down immediately before the cell enters
mitosis.
b. An abnormal form of mitotic cyclin that cannot be degraded is
injected into cells. The cells that enter mitosis cannot leave
mitosis and enter G1.
