a laser shines through a diffraction grating that has 600 lines
per mm, onto an infinitely large screen. If exactly seven total
bright spots appear on the screen, what is the minimum possible
wavelength of the laser? What is the maximum possible
wavelength?
answer key says minimum wavelength is at m=4 and maximum
wavelength is at m=3 but why?
