In a sample of 1000 random male individuals the following
genotypes at three Single Nucleotide Polymorphism
(SNP) loci were observed. What are the allele frequencies? What are
the linkage disequilibria, D and associated x2's between
each pair of SNPs? Suppose the second SNP, 'C:G' SNP were not
genotyped, but 'C' did cause a 10% increase in height over 'G'.
Which of the two other SNPs would show a strong association with
this height?
