Explain why different experimental conditions are required to
collect EPR spectra of the complexes [Mn(H2O)6]Cl2 and
[Mn(NH3)6]Br3 and sketch the expected spectrum for each complex at
77 K giving reasons for your answer including energy diagrams where
possible (I = 5/2 for 55Mn).
