(a) Using an appropriate method find an approximate
first-order-plus-time-delay (FOPTD) transfer function method. State
the method used [Method]. FOPTD time constant and time delay
calculated are [Tau], [Theta].
(b) For a unit step change in input x(t), calculate the response
y(t) at t= 12 using the exact model [y-exact-12] and the FOPTD
model [y-FOPTD-12].
(c) For a unit step change in input x(t), calculate the response
y(t) at t=22 using the exact model [y-exact-22] and the FOPTD model
[y-FOPTD-22].
