Given that, → Hourly volume of 1050 vehicles (two-way volume) > 10 km roadway length → 3.0 m lane width 0.6 m shoulder width ► 60% of no-passing zones 6 access points/km → 70/30 directional split → 5% of trucks and busses → 7% recreational vehicles. → Adjustment for combined effect of directional distribution of traffic and percentage of no-passing zones on PTSF is 9.0% ► peak hour factor of 0.85 for 90 km/h base free flow speed.
