Often owners are appalled when as a contractor you detail what safety and health requirements cost , and at times want to cut the costs involved . You want the job badly and comtemplate taking a chance by cutting corners ,i.e by not offering first aid training programs ( taking employees who want to work badly assurance that they have had such training ) and in general cutting other related costs . Taking ethical considerations out of the decisions process , would you do so ?
