However, it became known that a local doctor on night shift had actually spotted a truck in the area about 2 days prior. There are several factories nearby to the plot that could have been responsible for this illegal dumping. A beer brewery with an ultimate BOD of 325mg/l, and milk products' factory with an ultimate BOD of 140mg/l, a fresh fruit canning and juicing factory with an ultimate BOD of 100mg/l, and a pulp and paper mill with an ultimate BOD of 270mg/l.
