Create models of Base, Bushing, and Cap. Bushing should be done
using Revolve feature, one feature (step) only!
1. Assign material to each part, for material refer to PDF
picture.
2. Use Hole Wizard to do threaded holes. Click: Hole Wizard -
Straight Tap - Standard: ANSI Inch - Type: Tapped Hole - Size:
1/2-13 - End Condition: blind, thread depth 1.125". Under Option
choose button in the middle. After that go to tab: Position, locate
centers of the hole, de-select "point" tool and work with
dimensions and relations to make sketch fully defined
3. Don't model bolts, I will show different way where to get these
bolts
4. Save all parts in the new folder named "Double Bearing
Assy"
5. Save all parts with basic number as follow:
Bushing: 16679-1
Base: 16679-2
Cap: 16679-3
6. Submit for grading just one part "Base". In the "comment box"
on Canvas specify mass of the part
Mass can be found under "Evaluate" tab in SW, clicking "Mass
Properties" button.
