especially the calculation of Re. and please explain(the aswer bellow use a wrong unit to calculate Re, and please calculate it again using si unit). and please tell me how to calculate F here in details. I don't know why F = 0.046/Re^0.2(I don't know where 0.046 and 0.2 come from.)
