(b) The vessel is exposed to a constant wind coming from port and causes the vessel heel to an angle of Oneel = 10°. Use the plot derived in part (a) to determine the wind heeling moment (WHM) and sketch the WHM into it (assume this WHM to be constant at all heeling angles). Find both angles of vanishing stability for the vessel in this configuration.
