A steam cycle is modeled as a Rankine cycle. The steam
plant has both a high and low pressure turbine with reheat.
Water is the working fluid. It enters the boiler at 25,000kPa
and the condenser at 75kPa. The temperature is
500oC at the entrance to the turbines. Maximum
moisture content of the steam entering the condenser is 3%.
The mass flow rate through the system is 3.5kg/s. The pump is
85% efficient.
