An airplane is tested at 18,582 feet altitude and 12°C outside
air temperature condition. The maximum calibrated airspeed of the
airplane is measured at 415 miles/hours flying under this OAT
atmospheric condition: i) determine the outside air density ratio?
ii) Complete the true airspeed of the airplane? iii) If the
airplane took 4.5 hours to reach its target location, how far has
the airplane travelled? iv) Find the equivalent air density
altitude?
