A sheet-metal part that is 4.0 mm thick, 90 mm long, and 25 mm
wide is bent in a wiping die to an included angle = 90o and a bend
radius = 7.5 mm. The bend is made in the middle of the 90 mm
length, so that the bend axis = 22 mm long. The metal has a yield
strength = 220 MPa and a tensile strength = 350 MPa. What will be
the force required to bend the part, given that the die opening
dimension = 9 mm and Kbf = 0.33
