The car is a V2G car (vehicle to grid), can be autonomous and driverless 6- Electricity supplied by the grid has a time of use tariff. Electricity at peak hours is much more expensive than at off-peak hours 7. The house loads can be controlled (voluntarily) by a remote utility control center 8. The house can buy electricity from different sources (energy trade market) with different prices 9. You can install solar energy as much you need 10- You can install a wind generator if the selected site has a wind capacity 11. People in the house use computers, the internet, and modern available technologies 12- You have a budget limitation 13. The house is smart 14. You should use loT(Internet of Things) or IoT (Industrial Internet of Things) 15- You should include energy storage in your design. Based on the selected location, design the electrical and communication system for the house. Determine: the specification of the house, its energy needs, network communication needs, specification of its electrical/electronic equipment and appliances:
