Si masses are grown by the Chokrasky technique. The initial
amount of Si in the crucible is 10 kg added with 1 milligram of
boron (B, atomic weight of 10.8 g/mol). The dissolved Si
concentration is 2.53 g/cm^3 and the separation coefficient of
boron is given.
(a) Calculate the initial concentration of boron in the molten
phase.
(b) Calculate the doping concentration of silicon crystals grown
when 50% of the molten phase is used.
