How to design a circuit that always outputs an absolute
value regardless of the input? (The input is 5bit binary number,
2's complement system)
So, the question is as above. I think I should use arithmatic
circuits, especially multiplexers. I don't have any idea how to
proceed with this. Can anyone give me a soulution? the subject is
digital designing.
