Q3. (30 marks) A sample of gas in a cylinder undergoes a cycle
in the form of a semicircle as shown in Fig. 3 when exchanging some
heat with the environment. (a) Compute the work made by this gas
after one cycle by using the integral: f i V V pdV  and by using
the area. Compare two results. (b) Find the quantity of heat
exchanged with the gas.
