Consider a washing control system in an industrial cleansing workshop with the following mode of operation (Note: all the inputs listed in the table are NO except the emergency button, which is NC) . Press the start button (10.0) to turn on power to the system, and the water inlet valve (Q0.0) is turned on at the same time, and the light for the water intet valve (Q0.1) must turn on to indicate this. The water inlet valve (Q0.0) and the light for the inlet valve (Q0.1) must not turn off until the maximal water level is detected by the sensor (10.1). • After the sensor (10.1) has been turned on for 2 seconds, the motor in the washing system (0.2) turns on for 50 seconds Then when the motor (0.2) stops working, the water discharge valve (00.3) and the light for the water discharge valve (00.4) turn on to indicate the beginning of the draining process and both must turnoff after 10 seconds • The buzzer (0.5) then turns on for 3 seconds to indicate the whole process has been completed. • The whole system must be turned off when the emergency button ( 1.0) is pressed for safety concern. ..
