In a study to examine the customer satisfaction of three major brands of dishwasher (Bosch, Samsung, and Whirlpool), a survey of 30 consumers who recently purchased a dishwasher from each brand was conducted. The survey respondents were asked to rate their satisfaction on a 5-point Likert scale, with 1 being the highly unsatisfied and 5 being the extremely satisfied. The results of this survey are given below.
