Combinatorics question regarding identical items being
distributed with restrictions.
Hi, This is a basic combinatorics a question I need help
understanding.
There are 375 identical items distributed among 52 people.
1 person insists to have AT LEAST 10,
19 people insists to have AT LEAST 2,
30 people insists to have AT LEAST 1,
The final 2 people are okay with any amount.
How many different ways can these items be distributed?
Please show work and offer explanation!
Thanks so much!
