The data in the Service Centre Calls tab on the RA-IS Data file
shows information from a sample of 250 customers taken on Monday.
Using this data:
a) Construct a table in Excel to show the number of customers
who rated the call from 1 to 5, and whether they agreed to stay on
the call to give feedback
b) Using your table from part a, calculate the following
probabilities that a customer selected at random:
completed the survey
did not complete the survey given they had rated the service 5
out of 5.
rated the service 1 out of 5 and did not complete the survey
completed the survey or rated the service 3 out of 5
Here is the data (Plz add excel steps then i'll be able to do it
myself)
