Hello,
I'm writing a task on dietary fibres and need to explain their
subclasses, give examples and describe the differences in chemical
structure of these examples.
What I've done so far:
Insoluble: cellulose, hemicellulose & lignin
Soluble: pectin, gums and mucilages.
I'm struggling to find any literature on their chemical
structures.
