EXPERIMENT 6.2 Objective To use the LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module for stability analysis. Minimum Required Software Package LabVIEW with the Control Design and Simulation Module 1 Prelab 1. Select six transfer functions of various orders and use Routh-Hurwitz to determine their stability. Lab 1. Create a LabVIEW VI that receives the order and the coefficients of the characteristic equation and outputs the location of the poles and information regarding stability. Postlab 1. Verify the stability of the systems from your Prelab.
