(a) A 480/120 V, 50 Hz single-phase transformer has an
equivalent impedance 0.025 Ω referred to low voltage side, and the
number of turns on high voltage side is 200 turns. Evaluate
i. the magnetic flux flowing in iron core, and
ii. the equivalent impedance referred to high voltage
side.

(b) What material is commonly adopted in manufacturing iron core of
transformer? Explain why.
