[2] Description: This programming demonstrates a program that calculates a customer's bill for a local cable company using language. There are two types of customers: residential and business. There are two rates for calculating a cable bill: on for residential customers and one for business customers. For residential customers the following rates apply: Bill Processing Fee: $4.50 Basic Service Fee: $20.50 Premium channels: $7.50 per channels For business customers the following rates apply: Bill processing fee: $15.00 Basic Service Fee: $75.00 for first 10 channels, $5.00 for each additional connection Premium channels: $50.00 per channel for any number of connections When the user click on Residential radio button, all fields on your interface should populated and if you click on Business radio button, all field should populated. to calculate bill for residential customers, total number of premium channels should be multiple by Premium channels rate and Bill processing and Basic service will added to get amount due and will be display in a dialog box as shown below. As for business customers bill, if number of basic customer is less than or equal to 10, the cost of the basic service than 10, you must add the cost for each connection over 10. connection is fixed. If the basic service connections is more You should check for any necessary error message. For instance, in residential calculation, if number of premium channels field is empty, a message should be display "You need to enter number of premium channels".
