Hello there! My name is Joy and I used to live in the
Philippines. Fortunately for me, I was able to find a job here in
California as a Registered Nurse. Life here has been great so far.
Although I have one tiny problem: I can't seem to tell how far a
place is! They use miles instead of meters and its confusing me so
much. I would be very grateful if you could help me convert some
distances
from miles to meters.
Oh and by the way, 1 mile = 1609.34 meters.
