A closed traverse ABCDE is running in clockwise direction. The whole Circle Bearing of lines CD, DE and ED are given. Measured distances and remaining/required internal angles are also given as tabulated below: @ Angle Direction AB Whole Circle Bearing ? A Angle value 163° 32' 35" 53° 26' 10" 152° 54' 30" BC ? B с CD DE EA 66° 55' 10" 135° 43' 55" 257° 48' 00" ? D E ? Side AB BC Measured length (m) 90.465 88.645 82.790 108.790 121.730 CD DE EA a) Determine the internal angles D and E using the bearings of relevant directions CD, DE and ED. (Hint: you would to calculate arings b) Determine the angular mis-closure, and correct the angles by distributing the error. Check the sum of corrected angles. c) Determine the new bearings for all sides of the traverse based on the corrected angles starting from the datum bearing of CD (66° 55' 10"). Datum bearing CD remains unchanged d) Using the corrected bearings and measured distances, determine the linear accuracy of the traverse. (8 marks)
