Q3 Salma had been working as a supervisor at Company Zniq for four years. Apparently, the manager from the product manufacturing department had quit, and Salma was promoted for the position as a Production Manager. Salma expected to attend a few days of training before she assumed her new position. However, the previous Production Manager was left earlier before she accepted the position. Salma then went to see the Head of Operation, Mr Abu to get some advice on her work related matter. Mr Abu merely said, "Just get into your office, study the standard procedure manual for the department and proceed with your work based on the job description stated in your Offer Letter". However, after reading through the manual, Salma faced some confusion on the work procedures related to her work. Analyze the above case and answer the following questions :- Explain any FIVE (5) change in roles of management that Salma has to play with the new position compared to the previous position.
