A tradeoff is an inverse relationship between two activities -
that is, when there is an increase in an access to health care, we
usually see that the quality of health care goes down as each
access is costly and thus to maintain and lower the cost per
access/visit, which is called a tradeoff).
What is your suggestion or recommendation for lowering the cost
of an access to health care without lowering the quality of health
care so that there should be no tradeoff between an access to
health care and the quality of health care?
