During your assessment: The patient has gone into another acute asthmatic episode during discharge instructions/teaching. Vital signs are now 139/88, 99 and regular, resps 32, and pulsox 82% on room air. Patient states, "I can't breathe... and is struggling for air with audible stridor and wheezing. What interventions would you put in place for this patient (02, medications, etc.). What can you do for the patient?
