Client: 21 year old male rugby player. 6ft
tall, 210 lbs. No history of injuries
Sport: Rugby, position=center, level=college,
current season: Start of the off-season
(Preparation Phase)
Movement Assessment: Performed very well on
basic strength and reactive tests. Struggled with transitions
during agility drills.**
Background: 4 years experience-free weights and
rt machines. Used to lifting heavy loads and demonstrates good
technique. He gets bored with training and is free of injury.
