Case 1 Joey
A 9-year-old male with pain in the lower limbs and difficulty
with walking starting around 2 months ago. The mother says her son
has become a picky eater and only eats bread, cookies, and
milk. At the time of consultation, the physical examination
he complained of joint pain in his limbs, and muscle weakness and
you observed an abnormal gait. Joey even found it hard
to stay standing for a long time. His anthropometric parameters are
all within normal ranges for his age and sex.
